The operational backbone of a growing brokerage. Build the SOPs, define KPIs for account executives, manage the daily workflow of our nearshore back-office team, help interview and train new hires, and work directly with Skyline’s executive team. 5+ years of freight brokerage experience at a brokerage or 3PL required, not an asset carrier or forwarder alone. Competitive salary plus a performance bonus paid monthly, with quarterly travel to Vancouver WA. We promote from within; this seat starts our operations leadership track.

We are hiring four to six Account Executives for the new Austin office. Built for carrier sales reps ready for the other side of the desk: you close the shipper, the account is yours, and you cover it with our own tractors and trailers. No house accounts, no commission cap, and a back office that handles check calls and PODs so your day stays on the phone.
